Job Description: In Tech Support you can contribute to international projects and create unique spaces for encounters and emotions with light design.Tasks
- Support of the sales team in technical questions and preparation of quotations
- Lighting calculations, price configurations and sales offers
- Technical development of projects
- Documentation and maintenance of customer and project data
Requirements
- Technical training or alternatively professional experience in the field of architecture, lighting technology or industrial design
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Nice-to-Have: Lighting design systems such as Dialux evo, Autodesk or AutoCAD
- Nice-to-Have: ERP Tool Microsoft Navision
- Nice-to-Have: Fluent German language skills
