Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Project Mechanical/Chemical/Electromechanical Engineer to join the engineering dynamic team in the field of energy transition for industrial materials management processes This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptual design and simulation to project management and stakeholder coordination.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

Implement strategies to reduce energy consumption in industrial processes.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Working in close collaboration with the R&D teams in Process Engineering
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Prepare and deliver regular project reports to stakeholders..
Conduct simulations and calculations using relevant engineering tools.
Optimize designs for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness for industrial processes and equipment.
Creating comprehensive technical specifications from conceptual designs
Oversee all aspects of project initiation, including feasibility studies, permit acquisition, and tender documentation development
Take ownership of discussions with suppliers to optimize the design of components for manufacturing.
Lead and facilitate internal and external coordination meetings to drive effective communication and project progress
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors Required qualifications :

Profile / Requirements

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in materials/chemical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of materials engineering principles and design methods.
Experience with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Thinks outside the norm to develop new ideas
Proven ability to manage projects across the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion
