We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.We are seeking a Production Planner Intern will be the Customer point of contact.He/she will coordinate and expedite the flow of parts according to Customer needs to ensure Customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
- Engage with internal customers both formally and informally to understand and define their requirements.
- Assist in translating internal customer priorities to the shop floor.
- Support the oversight of processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets.
- Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager and Program Manager on customer induction forecasts.
- Communicate induction plans to the shop floor team.
- Assist in analyzing performance gaps using problem-solving approaches.
- Provide status updates and assist in developing recovery plans as needed.
- Support the Fulfillment and Program Managers in addressing work stoppages and excusable delays.
- Monitor customer output performance and satisfaction levels on a monthly basis.
- Work cross-functionally to gather and provide necessary information to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain daily contact with various shop levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis reports.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial from an accredited university or college
- Good proficiency with SAP and Office
- Team worker
- Good oral and written communication and presenting skills
- Fluent Italian and English both oral and written
- EU Work permit
