- Processing promotions, increases and other contractual amendments by drafting
- addendums, filing signed documents, and updating our payroll and HRIS systems
- Processing visa applications, residency permits and relocations for the Netherlands, as well as managing applications for 30% ruling for HSM residence permits in the Netherlands
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Support, administration and reporting on time off (PTO, public holidays, parental leave, sick leave, bereavement etc.)
Employee Onboarding and Exit processes
- Full ownership of the local onboarding process; manage onboarding tasks, day-one presentation, company swag, probationary period check-in and documentation. Draft offer letters and employment contracts
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle process, from employee onboarding to employee departures, keeping our payroll platforms and HRIS system up to date at all times, issue employment documents (Employer Verification) and be the point of contact for the Company Doctor
- Oversee the off-boarding process
- Ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer for departing employees
Employee Engagement and Wellness
- Visit our offices in Rotterdam and Amsterdam at least once per week or more to ensure our team has everything necessary – snacks, drinks, stationary, swag
- Be the point of contact for our vendors and ensure high-level partnerships
- Host monthly events for our team in the Netherlands

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a global organization in HR Ops, Generalist or Experience roles
- Experience with Dutch employment relations and processes. (Other EU countries is a plus)
- Knowledge of Dutch employment law, social security and regulations
- Experience managing Sick Leave in the Netherlands (ARBO, UWV)
- Dutch and English language proficiency
- HR certifications and Global HR are a plus
