- Compilation and design of the materials list (BOM) for New Products Industrialization (NPI)
- Maintaining existing BOMs (correct mistakes and implement engineering changes)
- Supporting the improvement of production processes (sequence of events, production layouts, work instructions…)
- Coordination the introduction of new products from the proposal to the start of series production
- Preparation of feasibility studies, time and cost plans
- Supervision of prototypes and 1st article production and evaluation of the result
- Close cooperation with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure the lean manufacturing process from development to series production
- Identification and mitigation of risks related to the industrialization process
- Reporting to Top Management

- At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position
- Advanced technical education (preferably textile engineer)
- min. Intermediate English
- Confident user of MS Office tools
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Team spirit, proactive, hands-on, “can-do” attitude
