Job Description :We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Project Mechanical/Chemical/Electromechanical Engineer to join the engineering dynamic team in the field of energy transition for industrial materials management processes This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, from conceptual design and simulation to project management and stakeholder coordination.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Implement strategies to reduce energy consumption in industrial processes.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Working in close collaboration with the R&D teams in Process Engineering
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular project reports to stakeholders..
- Conduct simulations and calculations using relevant engineering tools.
- Optimize designs for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness for industrial processes and equipment.
- Creating comprehensive technical specifications from conceptual designs
- Oversee all aspects of project initiation, including feasibility studies, permit acquisition, and tender documentation development
- Take ownership of discussions with suppliers to optimize the design of components for manufacturing.
- Lead and facilitate internal and external coordination meetings to drive effective communication and project progress
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, contractors Required qualifications :
Profile / Requirements
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in materials/chemical/mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of materials engineering principles and design methods.
- Experience with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).
- Knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thinks outside the norm to develop new ideas
- Proven ability to manage projects across the entire lifecycle, from initiation to completion
