Job Description: Product Owner – Tribe Credits Cards (f/m/x)Operational Excellence is a department within Head Office Operations division, responsible for driving optimization initiatives across the division. We act as a change agent, supporting the departments in process analysis and implementation of the innovations. Your Mission
- Drive initiatives to optimize credit card processes (focus: card issuing) for all segments (private individuals and legal entities), enhance efficiency and boost customer satisfaction
- Act as a central point of contact for all credit card related matters in agile set up, close collaboration between product management, operations and IT
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify future business trends, requirements, define process enhancements and ensure alignment of those with business goals/ strategy
- Design, coordinate and implement e2e strategical and legal requirements
- Analyze and map current credit card related processes, identify areas of improvement and design streamlined workflows
- Work in agile set up, review agile delivery team results, assist in troubleshooting and incidents resolution, support solution development being the first business point of contact for the IT delivery team
- Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes and changes, using data-driven insights for ongoing improvement
- Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate relevant trends into process optimization strategies
Your core competencies
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in Credit Cards area or alternatively in Digital Lending or Payments
- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner or project manager in an agile environment
- Profound knowledge in the banking industry
- Solution-oriented thinking with proven experience in Process Optimization focussing on digitalization and automation
- Collaborative nature and exceptional interpersonal skills
- You have excellent communication skills in English and German
