In Malta the Blue Card is called the Key Employee Initiative (KEI). This provides a fast-tracked service to highly-skilled non-EU nationals looking to be employed in Malta
Applications for a single permit under the KEI initiative may be submitted while the applicant is physically in Malta or residing abroad.
For 2019, your salary for Blue Card Malta has to be at least 30,000 Euro.
