If people and jokes are your thing, join our HR team! As part of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for attracting, winning over and hiring new Runtastic team members. In close collaboration with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team and your hiring managers, you will drive our recruiting efforts and plan holistic recruiting strategies.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Owning the entire recruiting process for selected positions and strategically planning your recruitment efforts and approaches
  • Researching and coming up with creative ways to improve our recruitment efforts to hire the best talent and drive candidate engagement for current and future opportunities
  • Creating appealing job ads to attract new talents, screening applications and conducting interviews
  • Consulting hiring managers and acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition-related topics
  • Accompanying applicants throughout the entire recruiting process and ensuring first-class candidate experience
  • Identifying potential recruiting channels based on target groups, and collaborating with recruiting agencies as well as our Talent Sourcer to fill high-priority positions
  • Working on other recruiting-related topics depending on your skill-set and passions (such as senior talent attraction or recruiting analytics)

What makes you the right match:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting, ideally in a digital environment
  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering great candidate experiences and for implementing new solutions to drive recruiting-related topics in a fast paced environment
  • An engaging personality with a good sense of humor and ability to win over others
  • Critical thinker with the willingness to make tough decisions
  • Proactive mindset, as well as outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Ideally, a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or an HR-related field
  • Valid work permit for Austria

Expected salary: €37240 per year
