We are currently working with on of the most recognised brands within the Moto GP and Agricultural sectors. They are a key innovator when it comes to various petroleum derived products, synthetics and green technologies for various sectors. As a result of growth, they are currently searching for a Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety Expert to join their team in Paris.

As a part of the Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety team in the international context, you will be working heavily with REACh and REACh-Like regulations across the world. There products are used in various sectors which means you will get exposure to other regulations such as RoHs, Detergents, Biocides and others. This means you will be working in a highly dynamic environment that will keep things interesting and challenging.

The position will be very varied as you will not just be burying your head in Safety Data Sheets. They are looking for someone who will be an expert within compliance who will be having technical discussions with the R&D on what can and can’t be done in terms of product compostions. In addition, would will be working closely with Production/EHS, Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing teams. You will also take responsibility for Regulatory Watch/Regulatory Monitoring to anticipated and mitigate risk to the business through the development of regulatory strategy. Key Requirements:

  • Around 5 to 10 years within a REACh/CLP Regulatory Compliance Function
  • Additional experience within Non-EU Chemical Regulations will be beneficial
  • Ideally an experience with RoHs would be much appreciated
  • An educational background within Chemical Engineering/Chemistry
  • Solid track record of managing project
  • Strong communicator with ability to get
  • A Professional level of French and English

  • Salary: Based on Experience €45,000 to €55,000
  • Permit Status: Candidate must hold a valid EU Passport or existing EU Work Permit
