THE OPPORTUNITY – DO WORK THAT MATTERS

Are you a highly driven professional with Recruiting experience? Are you interested in driving recruitment processes and strategies throughout 8 European countries? Then we might be looking for you to join our energetic and fun Talent Acquisition (TA) team and work with the best colleagues ever!

You will work on a wide range of requisitions and build up thorough understanding of all our businesses by building strong relationships with hiring managers and different stakeholders. Besides the operational recruitment responsibilities, you will support employer-branding activities and TA related projects of your interest, with the opportunity to be innovative and the ability to make a difference!

This position will be on an external agency contract and limited to 1 year, with possibility of extension. You will be working in our office in Amsterdam while reporting directly to the Head of HR Services. Please send your application before September 11th.

FURTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the 8 MIDI countries, up from the Kick-off Meeting until the final candidate has been identified

Advice hiring managers on the best Talent Acquisition solutions and recruitment strategy

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn)

Handle the administrative back office of TA: Plan and perform follow up calls with hiring managers, manage applications, ensure the proper feedback to candidates and more

Vendor management: Work closely with our preferred recruitment agencies on specific positions

Participate in different projects and initiatives within HR Services and Talent Acquisition (Employer Branding etc.)

Monitor and ensure fulfillment of internal KPIs (e.g., time to hire).

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM:

You are a passionate and proactive professional with at least 2 – 3 years of experience in Recruiting

‚Customer first’ mindset (good understanding on customer needs fitting the cultural differences)

Able to handle multiple tasks/requests, organize and prioritize work with minimal oversight

Excellent command of the English language (knowledge of another MIDI language is an asset)

Can do attitude and ability to challenge certain ideas / situations

Ability to suggest new ideas and see beyond the process – ‘outside the box’ mindset

Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder skills

Open to new digital approaches and able to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business, HR, Marketing or similar

Lastly, due to the 1-year contract limitation a valid European working permit is required.
