Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Ensure the proper planning of ITSM projects (time, budget, resources) in alignment with business needs and other IT projects.
  • Manage ITSM projects on a daily basis.
  • Collect, analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Support implementation tasks on a hands-on level as needed.
  • Coordinate IT processes standardization with focus on centralization and continuous improvement.
  • Take responsibility for go-live and stabilization of ITSM processes and tools.
  • Maintain and search for improvements of IT Service Catalogue.
  • Develop ideas to improve the ITSM processes and tools.
  • Represent LGBS in LHG ITSM Continuous Improvement community.
  • Takeover of additional tasks when is required.

Requirements

If you want to be the next IT Project Manager you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Graduation and University Degree.
  • 5 years of practical experience in an international IT project and IT demand management in major, multi-functional organizations; management of considerable projects; disciplinary and/ or functional lead.
  • General understanding of IT application infrastructure.
  • Planning and organizational talent.
  • Analytical skills and accuracy.
  • Strong conceptual skills.
  • Problem solving competence.
  • Distinctive written and oral communication capability.
  • Experienced in conflict management.
  • Excellent ITSM tool experience.
  • Strong business Management.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Excellent Project management.
  • Strong Shared Services.
  • Excellent Process management.
  • Excellent Service management.
  • CV/Resume required.
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Poland.
