Job title: Head of Dedicated Engineering Service Provider

Job description: In this role, your responsibilities and duties may include:
- Leading,motivating and developing the subordinate employees and carrying out individual personnel measures in coordination with the human resources department.
- Heading the dedicated engineering service provider team and central contact for the assigned AES existing customers.
- Strong integration with the customer organization in order to seamlessly provide dedicated action in operational processes for the customer.
- Controlling the commissioning of customer requirements for internal service provision and responsibility for the AES services provided to the customer in cooperation with the Head of Customer Fleet Management.
- Monthly turnover,monitor costs for the customers served.
- Plan,negotiate and monitor the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
*All other duties as assigned or required.
The ideal Head of Dedicated Engineering Service Provider must fulfill the following requirements:
- University/technical college degree in engineering (preferably aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/electronics or computer science).
- 5-8 years of professional experience in a relevant environment.
- Technical expertise in the respective subject area.
- Knowledge of handling complex projects.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, its processes and connections.
- Knowledge of business basics and relationships as well as knowledge of contract and aviation law.
- Business fluent English skills.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP).
- Willingness to work at home and abroad.
- If necessary, psychological aptitude test.
