Job description: The role:
The role requires detailed knowledge about the company and the apartments, handling general enquiries regarding bookings and amendments via phone and email, completing daily administration, issuing guest invoices, organising guest arrivals, etc.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Hungarian
Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
Valid work permit in Hungary
Previous experience with Property Manager Systems and back office booking systems is a plus
Previous experience in Hospitality is a plus
