Job description:

  • Responsible for leading implementation EHS strategies, policies, procedures and processes
  • Ensure the fulfillment of legal requirements in terms of work safety, fire safety environmental safety
  • Coordinate the work of EHS area colleagues and Control EHS related subcontractors
  • Must be intimately familiar with the EHS regulatory requirements within the geographical area of responsibility
  • Participates in diverse activities such as plan development and implementation, proposal review, incident investigation report review, and performance assessments
  • Routine plant inspections covering all of the property
  • Responsible for the implementation and improvement of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements, conduct regular EHS audits
  • Create and submit all reports required by law and the permits. Official communication with relevant authorities
  • Responsible for all the relevant permit which connects to EHS area (getting, maintain, change and renewal)
  • Establish and maintain awareness program for Environmental Safety. Build system to measure the effectiveness of it
  • Responsible for the Wastewater Treatment System operation
  • Arrange, investigate and ensure appropriate response to all environmental, safety complaints and emergency response situations
  • Train, retrain and orient employees on environmental, safety and fire protection
  • Enforces Personal Protective Equipment Requirements (safety glasses, gloves, steel toes, etc.)
  • Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis Experience, Risk assessment, Environmental impact assessment
  • Emergency scenario & Drill
  • College or University degree – job relevant
  • 5 to 7 years’ previous experience.
