A Data Culture Lead at Intrum Global Technologies (IGT) should be a natural leader, having the ability to explain and share Intrum’s values, culture and purpose of the company to existing employees and potential candidates.

The purpose of this position at IGT is to play a key role as a link between the different teams, leading different actions in our Data Community, to ensure the whole team is engaged and committed to our One Intrum project.

Reporting to the Data Community Director

About you:

  • +5 years of HR Generalist experience (with continuously expanding responsibilities) ideally in a fast paced tech company
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talent
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Spanish Employment & Labour Laws and Regulations knowledge
  • Understanding of employee life-cycle (ie. Onboarding)
  • Understanding of Company benefits, policies, offboarding, etc.
  • A very organized person; empathy: able to understand others
  • Attention to detail

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnering and collaborating with Functional teams (i.e. managing end to end pre-onboarding proceduree, writing HR policies and procedure with minimum supervision, etc)
  • Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring timely personnel recruitment by attracting candidates via all possible channels, screening candidates’ profiles, job applications and conducting screening interviews if needed
  • Working closely with the Data Community team on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction, engagement, career growth, diversity and development including succession planning and a secure working environment
  • Working closely with our Data Culture Team to implement new initiatives, guidelines and processes, as well as ensuring that we are living our culture as One Intrum
  • Supporting the Data Community to elaborate different policies and actions that will contribute to the engagement, well-being and satisfaction of employees
  • Setting-up and maintaining a network to universities, recruitment agencies and other groups of interest
  • Working closely with our Office Manager to organize and participate in activities to strengthen employer branding (web page, prepare materials for internal communication, participate in organization events to promote employer – on site and digitally such as Forums, Hackathon events, technological challenges, etc)
  • Update and maintain regular reports on recruitment project status to internal stakeholders
  • Developing positive working relationships across the business
  • HR Admin tasks

  • Experience using Workday is a nice to have

Location for this position
