Job description:
- Managing Supplier introduction/modification in ERP, using appropriate company tools (i.e. HICX) and manage/ support supplier during daily activities
- Managing request of quotation through “iSupplier Portal”, providing to suppliers all documents necessary for quotation and support technical office on technical alignment activity
- Managing bid across multiple suppliers using company tools (i.e. electronic bid etc)
- Placing purchase orders (POs) for qualified and non-qualified supplier, using proper ERM tools and opening internal process (i.e. Qualification Starting Point)
- Making accountable PO placement on time for assigned products/POR
- Updating ERP regarding docs necessary to validate and require PO approval
- Analyzing and tracking Supplier promise date accuracy for FPQ activity and developing reports and supporting on prioritization taking in accounts business needs, on assigned FPQ POs
- Supporting key sourcing initiatives through supplier contact
- Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s/Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economics or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Have proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain and/or Commercial background
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
- Be a motivated self-starter that promotes teamwork and collaboration in a cross-functional environment.
- Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with good negotiation skills
- Have a valid EU work permit.
- Show the ability to lead complex initiatives
- Working remotely from home or any other work location in Hungary (up to 3-5 days/ week as per actual policy and emergency situation)
