Tasks that await me

  • Perform organizational and administrative tasks in an international work environment
  • Manage diary and organize travel for the direct superior
  • Create and edit presentation documents
  • Maintain and check independently master data for completeness and correctness
  • Facilitate international meetings with internal and external stakeholders

My qualifications

  • Completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in the area of administrative assistance highly regarded
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Business-fluent English skills and very good German skills are beneficial
  • Very good communication skills
  • Reliable, structured and independent way of working

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from EUR 35.100 .- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
