This is a well-established consultancy company specialized in Education and Training located in France. This international company also has other offices in France, Spain, in Europe generally speaking and their Head Quarters are located in Italy.
The project
We are looking for an Account Manager ready to start working as soon as possible in Madrid, Spain.
The company seeks to meet and hire a bright and proactive candidate with high professional standards who has the ability to successfully promote the business interests of the company in the Spanish market.
This role will be ideal for a top performing sales person who is able to build a sales pipeline and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Spanish education system, ideally the higher and secondary education system.
The Account Manager will establish and manage relationships with existing organizations in our network and establish new opportunities.
The candidate will receive a complete training and will benefit from the technical and commercial support for defining activities according to the company standards.

Requirements:
Third level studies or equivalent practical experience:
Experience in business development, B2B sales, ideally in sales of services
Excellent knowledge of the Spainish language
Fluent English (Italian language desirable, but not essential)
Knowledge of European mobility projects (Erasmus +)
Previous experience in the training market of France
Live in Valencia or in the surroundings.
Skills / Qualities:
Proven experience as a Business Developer or Account Manager
Strong presentation and communication skills on the phone and in person
Entrepreneurial, very proactive and with a strong sense of personal initiative
Strong commercial orientation and business acumen
Motivated and responsible, with a positive attitude
Not afraid to pick up the phone
Experience required:
At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally in the training industry.
Telephone sales experience is highly desirable (account manager, business development, relationship management).
Salary: 19,500 euros/ year (based on profile) + bonus.

Este rol se adaptará idealmente a una persona de ventas de alto rendimiento que pueda construir un canal
de ventas y generar clientes potenciales. El candidato ideal tendrá un fuerte conocimiento del Sistema educativo del sistema educativo español idealmente del sistema de educación superior, escuela secundaria y sistema de formación profesional.
El Account Manager tendrá que construir y gestionar relaciones con las organizaciones existentes en nuestra red y establecer nuevas oportunidades de colaboración.
El candidato recibirá una capacitación completa y se le proporcionará el apoyo técnico y comercial para definir las actividades de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa.
Perfil buscado :
Requisitos :
Titulo universitario o experiencia práctica equivalente
Experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, ventas B2B, idealmente en venta de servicios
Excelente dominio del español – conocimiento del italiano deseable pero no esencial.
Se prefiere experiencia previa en el mercado educativo y el conocimiento de proyectos de movilidad europeos (Erasmus+)
Vivir en Valencia o en los alrededores.
Habilidades/Cualidades :
Experiencia comprobada como Business Developer o Account Manager
Fuertes habilidades de presentación / comunicación por teléfono y en persona
Emprendedor, altamente proactivo y capaz de tomar iniciativas
Fuerte enfoque comercial y perspicacia para los negocios
Motivado y responsable, con actitud de poder hacer
Experiencia requerida :
2-5 años de experiencia en un rol de ventas similar, idealmente en el sector de la educación.
La experiencia en ventas telefónicas es muy deseable (gerente de cuentas, desarrollo de negocios, gestión de relaciones).
Sueldo : Salario base basado en la experiencia del candidato, pero a partir de € 19.5k + de bonificación.
