We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) Customer Experience in our Berlin office for our Bertha App. Our Bertha team develops digital products and services that make everyday life at the gas station easier.

  • Part-time (20 hours/week) unlimited, paid fairly, in Berlin
  • Very good language skills in German and English

You possess the following skills & qualifications

  • You are registered as a student
  • You are interested in digital products and want to help develop our Bertha app further
  • You are a result-driven and responsible person, and plan to-dos independently
  • You quickly find out, what you don’t know yet, and you’re quick to get to grips with new tools and processes.
  • Partner communication, content creation and all colors of user communication are easy for you – you are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
  • If you now have some practical experience in the field of CX and service management, we’ll be delighted. If not, we’re sure you’ll get the hang of it quickly

This is what you will tackle & learn with us

One thing first: You don’t have to know everything off the top of your head. Just tell us where your focus is and where you want to step it up a notch.

  • You support the CX team in all tasks related to user communication, service management, and process optimization.
  • Together with our external partners, you will manage all communication channels through which we are in contact with our users – app & mails, social media, website, help center, and the app stores. In doing so, you’re always looking for ways to improve communication.
  • You’ll find new ways to capture even more user feedback and be there from the start as we go live with Bertha in more countries.
  • You will help us identify pain points and learn how to communicate them to our stakeholders and product teams.
  • You will evaluate user insights, create new user journeys and share them with the team, working closely with Marketing, Design, Product Development, Business Development, etc.

  • Technical interview: In a technical interview with integrated case study, you will exchange technical aspects with experienced colleagues from the Bertha team.
  • Team fit: Finally, you get to know the team personally in a remote video call and we look at each other to see if it could be a good fit from both sides.

This is an unlimited Working Student (m/f/x) position based in your mobile office and our office in Berlin. We have a fantastic team with people from all over the world. We encourage frequent collaboration and pairing across disciplines. English is the main working language and for this role German language skills are manadatory.
