We’re looking for a likeminded UX Designer to join our multidisciplinary team in Munich or Berlin, working on service, industrial, brand, and interaction design projects to deliver real-world impact – one byte at a time.

Design and prototype interfaces for mobile, web, embedded devices and more
Conduct user research to identify main user insights and opportunity spaces, and transform these into powerful concepts and designs ready for implementation
Produce storyboards, scenarios, user flows, wireframes, design prototypes and UI specifications
Clearly communicate and present the work and strategic approach to your team and colleagues
Help organizations on how to build solutions truly serving both humans and business
Collaborate with other Designits, clients, and third-parties to ensure design intent throughout the development and final shipment
Work with a team of experienced, passionate designers in an open, emotionally intelligent environment
Have the opportunity to travel to work with our international clients
We would like you to be…
A black belt in UX design – designing systems across mobility, healthcare, finance, and consumer products
Confident working in multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers and technologists, and secure in navigating agile production environment.
Work across offices with a focus on supporting the German studios remotely
A true traveller who knows their way around a diverse work environment.
Someone with a ‘here to help’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
An EU national, or with a working permit for Spain – this is a must-have!
Fluent in English – other languages as German or Spanish are a bonus!
