We are looking for new Technical Services Leader for our automotive company in Zaborske. We are searching for experienced leader with a technical background and very good people management.

  • Responsible to define New Equipment Standards (Process and Manufactures) that must be aligned to company standards defined according approved with KPI / metrics
  • OEE/ RTY daily/weekly/monthly monitoring, reporting and propose actions to improve
  • Achieve production KPIs to deliver product to customer, Improve line efficiency (pph, CT)
  • Putting in place documentation of process and control
  • To maintain process capability and equipment gage R&R in conjunction with Process Q
  • Maintain and improve process controls for Quality and productivity
  • Lead of improvements of machines and take care of its implementation and documentation
  • Machine pre-acceptance – Final acceptance
  • New technology handover; Global standard implementation as defined by AME amd ME
  • Partner with ME/MNT leaders for trouble shooting analysis for critical equipement

To support:

  • Be a validator of spec book for new equipment or specific operating supplies/tools/ spare
  • Work to achieve quality KPI (ppm, CPU, claims)
  • Support team to propose, develop and implement improv. projects in process / MTTR, MTBF
  • Modifications of machines (standardisation, inovations)
  • Actively contribute for the layout design and material flow

People management and development:

  • Training and development of the process specialists and the operators in equipment handling and maintenance
  • Training to the production for the introduction of new product or process technology
  • Incident investigation; Occupational risk assesment, Ergonomy evaluation
  • Contractor safety training / work permit
  • External trainings specifications; Internal education providing
  • Behavior Observation Process
  • Monitor and propose actions to achieve attrition goals
  • Lead and develop the team: Performance review, MRR, GCP, PIP processes

Personality requirements and skills:

  • University degree required (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic or Electrical knowledge)
  • 3 years minimum of experience in Manufacturing Engineering activities and complementary skills (Process / Quality)
  • Experienced in Manufacturing or complementary skills (e.g. process/Quality/reliability engineering) experience.
  • Automotive background
  • Excellent knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Core Green Belt Certified
  • Basic knowledge of machining CNC equipment and assembly of products, PLC / PC programming (preferred)
  • Excellent issues analysis skills to improve processes
  • Excellent knowledge of FMEA
  • Fluent English and 3rd European language as a plus
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to gain co-operation& commitment to activities required and with experience of developing and maintaining an effective network of business contacts in order to achieve goals /actions needed
