We are looking for a Product Specialist (f/x/m), based in Vienna that will represent the Austrian product interests and be in close collaboration with the product teams of our headquarters. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, a great communicator and a person that generally loves to get things done!

This position is open in Vienna, Austria! You must have a work permit to fill this position. We offer an unlimited contract for 40 hours per week!

That’s on your menu

  • You will be the product specialist and coordinator for Delivery Hero Austria and the glue between the local stakeholders and the central teams.
  • You will be the customer insight & experience expert responsible for collecting and analysing customer insights from a number of channels through methods like user testing sessions or analytics.
  • You will create and coordinate product requests and keep an eye on the product backlog
  • You will prepare business cases for your local feature requests.
  • You will work closely with the central product team on improving the process for bug reporting and change requests.
  • You will work closely with the central teams on their roadmaps to help prioritise local feature requests for development.
  • You will support the central product & tech teams with QA, testing and evaluating the local product.
  • You will closely collaborate with the Austrian management teams on the overall company strategy.
  • You will continuously monitor and analyse the main product KPIs for the local market.
  • You will update and educate the local team on new product features being released on the central platform.
  • You will be travelling from time to time to local offices to spend a while with the team or do user research with our customer, vendors and riders.

What you bring to the table

  • You hold a university degree in either business, engineering or natural science studies or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have at least 3 year of experience from product management, project management or comparable working experience.
  • You have experience managing and driving product requests and improving KPI metrics, fostering strong partnership with teams across a company, and advocating on behalf of customers.
  • You have an ability to balance user needs with business priorities and manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously to completion.
  • You have good analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in German & English.
  • You are familiar with Agile & Lean methodologies.
  • You have an understanding of the technical architecture of web and mobile applications.
