Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizing and answering incoming stakeholder mails in our mailbox & attending meetings
  • Building up and maintaining knowledge about new & existing products, features & services
  • Liaising & supporting the Product and IT teams in the development of new products, features & services
  • Writing and maintaining external (business partner) and internal documentation for existing products, features & services
  • Holding team workshops to transfer the knowledge obtained and for the team to be able to support the product or feature in daily business
  • Supporting the daily business team with features + products first partner onboardings & clarifications
  • Analyzing, resolving, escalating, and documenting various technical problems reported by partners, monitoring systems or stakeholders
  • On duty during weekends & after work (on a weekly team rotation basis)

Your Qualification:

  • Completed education in the field of IT (Ba, A-levels, apprenticeship)
  • Relevant experience in dealing with APIs or e-commerce platforms
  • Relevant experience in a Product position or the payment industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Knowledge in Postman, REST APIs, SOA XML APIs, SQL or Splunk
  • Experience in reading and analysing application logs
  • Fluent in English and a strong command of German – additional language skills are advantageous
  • Good communication etiquette (in person, mail, IM, phone)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong initiative and dedication to quality
  • Self-motivation and self-reliance
  • Stress resilience in dealing with high workload + due dates
  • Adaptable, flexible, and willingness to embrace change
