Reporting to the Supply Chain Business Improvement Manager, you will support the implementation of Supply Chain projects, increasing businesses integration, from strategic to data level, end-to-end, addressing people, processes and systems, and ensuring those initiatives result in success. So, if you have ideas, we want to hear them! The right person for this role will work cross-functionally across the organization with international teams and different cultures, so a good communicator is a must. Here’s a sample of the type of things you will be responsible for:

  • Challenging & optimising Supply Chain processes
  • Supporting and collaborating with other teams on their change management journey
  • Planning and implementing continuous improvement initiatives/projects making sure they will be on time, successful and results are measured
  • Maintaining, expanding and documenting the use of SCOR, simplifying the ways of working

Show Us What You’ve Got
Ideally you will have experience in improving business performance guided by advanced data & analytics.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Economy; a MBA or equivalent degree would be preferred
  • Passion for learning within the Supply Chain discipline
  • Capacity to identify and act on process deviations and implement process improvements
  • Experience in generating and delivering presentations and training materials
  • Practise with Supply Chain dedicated SAP modules (MM, SD & PP)
  • Knowledge of data bases concepts and data analysis (SQL, MS Excel, Power Query, etc.)
  • Practice with MS Visio or other process mapping software
  • Certifications like ASCM (APICS), Oliver Wight, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus
  • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI) is a plus
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • Fluency in English is essential and motivation to learn/improve German
