Job Description: Job DescriptionOur client is a global leader in freight and logistics, specializing in customized supply chain solutions, e-fulfillment, and air, sea, and road transportation. They are looking for a Senior CSR. You will work in the Customer Service Department within the Contract Logistics division (Warehousing). The aim of the department is to provide their customers a first class level of customer service, professional and efficient solutions that are in accordance with documented procedures. The aim is to grow and develop the relationship and build a partnership.Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to established procedures.
- Assist multiple clients by understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify supply chain challenges and suggest improvements to optimize client operations.
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to enhance service delivery and improve business efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all necessary documentation in line with company policies.
- Generate internal and external reports, including client KPI tracking, to support business objectives.
- Participate in Supply Chain Management project teams and contribute to ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on managing client expectations.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Completed MBO 4 education with a logistics focus or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
The way of working:It is a full-time role and you are expected to come to the office near Rotterdam at least 4 days a week. They offer a parking spot if you wish to commute by car.What’s on the table?
