We are looking for a Service Demand Planner responsible for demand forecasting, inventory and spare parts availability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for strategic, mid- and short-term planning to guarantee Spare Parts availability
  • Responsible for demand planning of Jenbacher Spare Parts overall, which includes forecasting and safety stock calculations
  • Regular interaction with all different regions and functions, such Operations, Engineering, Warranty, … to increase information flow to build a robust demand planning and react quickly
  • Control and optimize inventory in alignment to the targets
  • Monitor parts availability and manage potential shortages in the supply base pro-actively
  • Drive necessary analytics to mitigate all identified risk
  • Support item life cycle for spare parts ensuring targets in parts availability and inventory
  • Contribute in projects to increase spare parts availability, such as the implementation of the forecasting tool

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of qualification. Strong internal/external experience in planning area could be an alternative to University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant / related experience in MRP- or demand planning
  • Experience in working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Excel Power User
  • Good quantitative skills; ability in data analytics is desired
  • Ability to work in structured manner, handle stress and set priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment; team player
  • Experience in Spare Parts Management is desired
  • Fluent in English and German
  • A valid work permit for Austria as a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.682,54 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
