Limited travel required. Please note that an EU valid work permit is required.

Your new role

  • Manage and support our Apple-based IT environment: laptops, mobile devices
  • Supervision and administration of corporate software environments (Office365, Airwatch, Antivirus)
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Proactively monitor all installed systems and infrastructure and ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, performance and security
  • Monitor and test infrastructure and system performance issues for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions and work with relevant parties to solve them
  • Advise and implement security, backup, and redundancy trends and strategies
  • Identify opportunities to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
  • Participate in the design of system information and operational support Accountable for vendor management

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Master’s (or equivalent) in computer science, or a related technical field is important with at least 5 years professional experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Apple-based IT environment, Office365, AWS, Azure
  • Sound understanding of IT infrastructure and Security management (Cisco ISE, WiFi, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Cisco videoconferencing)
  • Experience on administration and scripting of an OSX & iOS IT environment (or eager to learn it but with already a good knowledge in Unix/Linux)
  • Experience on MDM administration (Airwatch is a plus)
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT environment and infrastructure issues and a proven ability to deliver against deadlines
  • Knowledge of software development tools and practices such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, AWS is a plus

  • Excellent comprehension English, both written and verbal. French is a strong plus
