Job description: We are looking for a creative and curious Recruiter to share the ins and outs of the world of recruitment and development. You will play a critical role in building out Tech/Business Teams for our company, recruiting candidates in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner that meets the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business. You will work with the team focusing on the areas of candidate talent search, placement and process improvement.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Perform for the full life cycle recruiting process, including the job posting, interview coordination and shortlisting of potential candidates
  • Activate passive candidates using different sourcing channels
  • Build and actively run sourcing strategies to attract and hire the very best talents
  • Responsible for selection and definition of attraction strategy, to include online advertising, CV mining and sourcing for talents
  • Preparation of advertisement wording for recruitment purposes
  • Recommend and process improvements that impact recruiting effectiveness
  • Assess recruiting data (e.g. conversion rates) to define even better ways to fill open roles
  • Report regularly on the relevant KPI`s about the success/failure of Scope`s recruiting
  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
  • Independently research various recruiting, development, and employer branding topics.
  • Support team members on an ad hoc basis with administration requests
  • Own and evolve HR projects including talent planning, training needs analysis
  • Ongoing development of policy and procedures incl. dissemination
  • Deploy and maintain the organizational development & training strategy
  • Identify skills deficiency and development areas within teams with i. e. a skills matrix
  • Support development plans, manage priorities, set goals for people development
  • Proactively and regularly report on KPIs that measure development effectiveness

Your professional profile

  • Studies of HR, Business, finance, economics, or similar degree program.
  • Several years of experience within technical/non-technical Recruiting
  • Recruiting experience preferably in both a recruitment company and in-house
  • Experience with managing a full life cycle recruiting process
  • Excellent understanding of the European Employment Market
  • Fluency in German, English is required. Any other European language would be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing & negotiation skills

  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools
