Job description: In such role you will operate as operational support to make sure Customer’s quality requirements are flowed down and understood within the CoEs
Guarantee Customer satisfaction through contracts knowledge and application
Knowledge and application of the RTV process, robust RCCA deployment.
Being Customers main point of contact for Quality escapes.
As PQE, Lead qualifications (both Make and Buy parts), action plans, audits, through GE systems (eCAV and SPS systems)
Review and approve quality plans
Manage Source Problem Report
Collaborates with cross functional teams to manage and implement supplier/engineering changes
Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Aerospace are preferred) from an accredited university or college
Experienced, with a background in Quality and/or Engineering and/or Manufacturing/Shop Operations
Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings is requested.
Knowledge of GE quality system, including policies and procedures
Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and oral
EU work permit
GE IT quality tools (Score Applications) knowledge
DSQR training and QEP Level 2 certification
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and well with external Customers and internally in the Organization.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Effective problem identification and solution skills
