Required Skills:

  • 5+ experience with Strong knowledge of engine components
  • Part Transfer experience
  • Use of SAP or equivalent software (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge in Engine BOM with BOM Scrub experience
  • Ability to manage and coordinate internal/external customer requirements.
  • Experience of continuous improvement and lean management
  • Proven ability to deliver under own initiative.
  • Previous experience working within American aerospace companies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of materials and process methods and solutions, from original concept through to production.
  • Deploying these processes with a high degree of process capability
  • Technical support of manufacturing development and integration for production
  • Resolving issue pertaining to vendor quality
  • Providing specialist knowledge to production activities with the goal of improving efficiency, product quality and the reduction of non-conforming parts.
  • Monitoring of production by both test and audit ensuring a robust process selection, implementation, and control.
  • Ensuring engineering issues are resolved to achieve production customer delivery dates and targets.
  • Ability to produce detailed Bill of Materials

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in engineering discipline
