Required Skills:
- 5+ experience with Strong knowledge of engine components
- Part Transfer experience
- Use of SAP or equivalent software (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge in Engine BOM with BOM Scrub experience
- Ability to manage and coordinate internal/external customer requirements.
- Experience of continuous improvement and lean management
- Proven ability to deliver under own initiative.
- Previous experience working within American aerospace companies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation of materials and process methods and solutions, from original concept through to production.
- Deploying these processes with a high degree of process capability
- Technical support of manufacturing development and integration for production
- Resolving issue pertaining to vendor quality
- Providing specialist knowledge to production activities with the goal of improving efficiency, product quality and the reduction of non-conforming parts.
- Monitoring of production by both test and audit ensuring a robust process selection, implementation, and control.
- Ensuring engineering issues are resolved to achieve production customer delivery dates and targets.
- Ability to produce detailed Bill of Materials
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in engineering discipline
