- Planning and execution of continuous improvement projects, guiding multifunctional teams towards implementation success.
- Facilitate workshops and kaizen events to identify opportunities and drive change within the ZKS plant at Tát.
- Train, coach and mentor colleagues from other departments in learning and using Lean tools
- Encourage and support associates to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead CI continuous improvement meetings, Kaizen Workshops (KWS), Step Change projects, and prepare regular reports to communicate project status internally and externally.
- Maintain the integrity and standardization of our KPI framework, ensuring accurate measurement of performance.
- Provide coaching and training to local teams on LEAN principles and continuous improvement techniques.
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:What We Expect From You
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Economist)
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing environment, ideally in a lean environment as lean engineer
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian
- Be a great teammate, experienced in working with international partners
- Have the ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Upbeat, creative and proactive personality
An Advantage
- Gained experience in running lean functions in a new plant.
