Job description: The Role

As Lead Recruiter (Commercial) you will be responsible for the hiring processes for our commercial team (including sales, marketing and operations) as well as Legal, Finance & People. You will act as a strategic partner for the senior leadership team and your hiring managers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will support in setting up and expanding efficient and data-driven recruiting
  • Partner with our commercial senior leadership team on headcount planning that supports our hiring goals
  • Ensure that data and analytics are leveraged at every step of the process to enable business and the talent acquisition teams in making informed and impactful decisions
  • Be responsible for end to end recruitment process and hire great talents for our commercial and G&A team
  • Work closely with Head of Recruiting on designing, improving, and implementing world-class recruiting and employer branding practices & processes
  • Help scale the commercial recruiting team and mentor the recruiters

What you’ll bring:

  • At least 8 years hands-on recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency, having helped grow organizations
  • Proven experience in the successful recruiting of non-tech roles (especially Sales), high volume recruiting and a basic understanding of how, among other things, sales, marketing and operations organizations are structured
  • Good prioritization and project management skills
  • Strong experience in active sourcing and attracting talents through various channels and platforms
  • Fluency in English. German would be a big plus
