THE ROLE:

. Act as advocate for local consumer, mapping content and channels across journeys for positive brand engagement
/li

. Responsible for localization of customer journeys (provided by Global Brand Platform), focused on multichannel activation
/li

li
. Maintain and leverage data to support journey decision, leasing with in-market third party stakeholders to organize CRM activity and campaigns
/li

li
. Data and content mapping/matrices creation
/li

li
. Customer Journey design (local origination)
/li

li
. Campaign journey SFMC workflow design (this is included in all journey activation playbooks)
/li

li
. Develop KPI measurement guidelines – as per agile local market requirements
/li

li
. Develop audience targeting, segmentation and personalization across channels and touchpoints
/li

li

/li

li
. Between 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing strategy and marketing content including content for social media, with preference for background in automatize sector
/li

li
. Experience driving content strategy, including social media engagement rules
/li

li
. Ability to determine optimum consumer digital experience based on data and insights
/li

li
. Ability to provide recommendations to client on campaign planning, performance optimization and process improvements
/li

li
. Campaign personalization and optimization experience (testing methods etc.)
/li

li
. SFMC tool practitioner experience (journey builder/email studio etc.)
/li

li
. KPI/Measurement framework understanding and experience (objective setting + aligning performance KPIS for reporting)

. Fluent in English

Being able to work
