Job Description: TasksAs an IT Solution Engineer / IT Business Analyst , you will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluation of processes and anticipation of requirements
- Uncovering areas for improvement as well as developing and implementing solutions for different internal stakeholders
- Design and implementation of system adjustments in cooperation with the business units and external partners
- Quality assurance (integrity, consistency, cost-effectiveness) of IT requirements
- Test and release management
- Consideration of IT strategy and architecture
- Collaboration in projects

- University or college degree or similar education preferably in IT or Business Information Systems
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to communicate and present complex topics, facilitate analysis between cross-functional teams
- Curiosity to analyze and challenge existing system behaviors and seek continuous improvements
- Innovative mind-set and a passion for IT and IT products
- Strong team player
- Skills in agile methodologies are an advantage
- Experiences in the aviation or airfreight industry are a plus
- Fluent in speaking and writing English
- Other languages desirable
- Must have a valid work permit in the Netherlands
- A security screening (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar/Statement of No Objection) is part of the application and hiring process
