This is an exceptional opportunity to join the Siemens Healthineers team.

The jobholder will join a EMEA wide team of 14 people, In this challenging position you design and implement customer specific data transfer solutions between Siemens Healthineers software products and hospital information systems – as part of a European team of interoperability specialists.

Responsibilities

Consulting & Pre-sales: Support sales teams and customers in identifying customer specific interoperability solutions. Draft a detailed solution proposal. Ensure feasibility.

Project Management: Scope, plan and monitor implementation in an international environment. Follow deadlines agreed.

Develop: Technically implement, test and accept interfaces following communication standards in health care (such as HL7, FHIR, Dicom, API, etc). Where required develop customer specific software features.

Support: Maintain and support customers and their interface solutions in production

Education/skills

Bachelor or Master degree in information technology or medical information technology or experience in health care

Software development skills (e.g. Java, C++, C#, etc.)

Fluent German (essential) and English (essential), French or any additional European language preferred.

You will be a customer service & team-oriented and you have a proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.

Must be able to work independently as well as a part of a team.

You manage numerous tasks accurately and simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

We will strongly value having some experience as service engineer or at least a technical skills, preferably healthcare equipment, or any other type of complex service activity, with proven strong analytical and logical abilities

Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility

Handling pressure & effectively dealing with challenging situations, by understanding customer’s needs and displaying excellent communication and customer facing skills
