More specifically, you will be in charge of:

  • equipment definition studies (rotating machinery, package, pressure vessel) based on oil & gas industry codes & standards, customer specifications and tools/methods implemented at Technip Energies,
  • the development of the Equipment database with the creation of forms by type of equipment, the import of project data into the database and the development of dashboards according to technical criteria,
  • drafting of specifications (requisitions) for the call for tenders for the machines
  • clarifications, evaluations and technical comparisons of suppliers’ offers,
  • the follow-up of sellers in the proposal phase (technical meetings).

You will be in constant interaction with the other departments (Installation, Process, Electricity, Instrumentation, etc… but also Projects, Purchasing, Inspection, Planning) to centralize requests, clarify needs, analyze specific deviations from suppliers, and solve technical problems.The little + of the course:

  • Multicultural teamwork, in an international context, in a center of excellence in energy engineering
  • Varied activities combining technique, multi-discipline coordination, supplier contact, database management on a wide range of equipment

Profile sought:

  • With a background in general engineering / Mechanics, you have a taste for technical studies, data analysis, an analytical and synthesis mind.
  • Autonomous, proactive, dynamic, you have good interpersonal skills and you speak English fluently in order to join an international team.
  • Good command of the office pack, notions of SQL type databases would be a plus.
  • You speak English fluently and are mobile for short trips in France and abroad to equipment sellers.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.
