Job description: For our client, a company in Pharma, we are looking for a HR Assistant (32 hours) based in Amsterdam. Responsibilities You take care of administrative activities related to the onboarding, the development and the outflow of personnel ​​You support where necessary by handling operational activities, carrying out preparatory activities and proposing possible solutions You are the first point of contact for employees and managers for operational human resources issues You provide information to colleagues about employment conditions, laws and regulations, general employment conditions and HR company regulations You help to optimize HR processes/procedures by increasing efficiency Requirements You have completed a relevant (HR) education at HBO level You are an enthusiastic and inquisitive HR professional with at least one year of working experience in an international company You have experience and affinity with administrative processes.
