About this opportunity Welcome to Transaction Monitoring & Sanctions Investigations PL! We are 160 crime fighters, who come to work every day to protect society for Nordea’s customers. We need you to be responsible forproduction planning, data mining, complex analysis and business cases. You will act as an adviser to leadership and support them in making the right decisions. You will also initiate and plan development and improvement of tools and methods to ensure high quality data. You will: Produce high quality, timely and relevant material for presentations, proposals and reporting in order to support the decision-making Contribute to the execution of business strategic initiatives by collecting, analysing and ensuring access to high quality data and to support utilisation of fact-based information and insight Drive the long, medium and short term capacity planning. Follow up on progress (capacity plan vs actual performance) Drive and implement approved improvement initiatives and contribute to larger improvements within your responsibility. Act flexibly to support the achievement of team results Identify improvement areas within our organisation and bring them forward to support the development of these areas in the interest of Nordea Take responsibility for the job, colleagues and the value chain working as one team to make a difference Solve tasks that require independent judgment and own decisions on how they should be solved.
