Our school has been at the heart of this island community for nearly 20 years and we are seeking enthusiastic and well qualified native level English teachers to join our team for the upcoming academic year (starting September/24 until mid June/25).
Classes may include children, teenagers or adults from Beginners to Proficiency levels, so we are looking for someone who is adaptable or willing to try teaching at different levels.
We are a Cambridge Exam preparation centre therefore some knowledge of the suite of exams including Linguaskill would be a plus.We also offer students Friday afternoon activities based on a variety of themes such as cooking, the environment, crafting and games so if you consider yourself someone who is good at motivating students to learn in a creative way we welcome your ideas!Our schedule is part – time with teachers usually teaching 16 hours a week between
Monday – Thursday 16:00 -20:00. If you are a online teacher looking to have some stable hours or an experienced teacher looking to reduce hours but still stay in the teaching world this is an ideal post for you!The school is located on the main street of the town with a walk-in location, only a minutes walk to the beach, main plaza and bus station. The salary is according to the convenio which is established by the teaching collective agreement in Spain for newly qualified teachers and we offer an adjusted salary for more experienced teachers.Discounted Spanish classes with our partner school.Help with finding accommodation, organising relevant documents (health card etc.)
