Job description: All on site life extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment, able to be performed at customer site. Able to make Engineering decisions.
Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Proficient in Italian and good knowledge in English, both written and spoken
This role requires basic experience in the Services & Field Services or Production roles
High school diploma or Technical Diploma with relevant experience.
Trained electrical or mechanical engineering technician.
Ability to work independently
Team player and flexible
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Available to travel intensively (around 70%)
Good PC skills
EU Work Permit

Experience in the metal Additive field (so-called 3D Printing).
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Knowledge of Service Max and Magics.
