Job title: Customer Service Specialist
Company: Uitzendbureau de Pooter B.V.
Job description: Description: I’m looking for a Customer Service Specialist, location Terneuzen (the Netherlands). No relocation package available at this moment.
As Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for your customer(s). You help your customer during the entire order process: from order entry and follow-up of orders to the delivery of the product. With your customer-focused mentality, you help us deliver excellent services to our customers worldwide, day in and day out. You can help your customer(s) in their own language.
What does a day as Customer Service Specialist looks like?
Before you drink your first cup of coffee of the day, you will see the first emails appear. Your customer informs you that they are waiting to unload their truck, because they haven’t received the correct certificates yet. You check the SAP system as quickly as possible and send it to your customer, so that they can unload their truck. Around 10:00h, you have a coffee break with your team, in which ideas for improvement and experiences are discussed. A number of customers come to visit the company and together with your team members, you will have lunch with them. In the afternoon, you sit down with a new colleague who recently joined the team. You have been designated as his ‚buddy‘, to answer all his questions and to be a mentor at work. Just before you end the day, you’ll see an email from another one of your customers asking for the availability of a product. You immediately contact your Scheduling colleagues to check if the product is available and you inform your customer accordingly. The customer’s order appears a few minutes later. You check the information and proceed with the order. Now, it’s up to your colleagues from Scheduling to make sure the ordered material is available and up to your colleagues from Logistics to take care of the transportation to the customer. If there will be an issue in this process between order entry and delivery, they will come back to you to solve it. Requirements: We would like to see the following from you:
