In plain language: We are looking for an Onboarding / Customer Service agent who will work with us 40 hours a week to optimize and help run our customer journey and client onboarding processes, as part of our Customer Experience team.

THE ROLE

First contact person to new clients in the company, post-sales

Accompany the client throughout the onboarding and account creation processes

Handle the client’s questions and requests during this stage, and allocate and collaborate with different departments to find solutions for these requests

Explain to clients how the different steps of their custom journey work

Optimization of the customer journey and onboarding processes

Internal contact person for complex inquiries and requests in the area of customer onboarding

Optimising internal communication and quality assurance processes

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in a similar role

2 years experience in Client onboarding / Corporate customer journey / Account creation

Background in logistics / forwarding / operations an advantage

Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Google Works Suites; additional softwares are an advantages – especially Microsoft Dynamics

Business-level fluency in German and English; additional languages (especially French) a plus

High technical affinity; a digital native

Organized method of working

A friendly, patient, and empathetic personality

High level of attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Resilience to stress and to demanding schedules

ABOUT THE POSITION

Office at Wiedner Gürtel 9-13 1100 Wien

From 2.000 brutto EUR / month, depending on experience and qualification

Full time, 40 hours per week

Mandatory: current, valid EU work permit

High-performing laptop

Supply of drinks and snacks (tea, coffee, softdrinks, fruit, snacks…)
