Job Description

About the Position

Here in KraftHeinz we have a unique opportunity available for a Customer Collaboration Manager to make a real difference in our Company. This is a newly created position to strengthen the collaborative relationships with our customers and drive the Customer Service strategy.

In brief, you will be responsible for;

  • Develop and Implement Customer Collaboration Strategy
  • Lead monthly Customer Performance Reviews
  • Identify and lead the Cost-to-Serve agenda and Service Improvement initiatives, reducing cost inefficiencies and Sales Losses
  • Drive Customer Engagement plans, aiming the top 25% of our Customer’s choices


Hard Skills

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related
  • 3+ years experience in a forecasting/demand planning/supply chain role
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
  • Fluent in German and English is essential

Must be open to travel.
