Corporate Responsibility Manager Seafood (f/m)

Tasks that await me

  • Be part of an international and interdisciplinary team
  • Drive the development and implementation of our international seafood CR strategy and processes, ensuring close alignment with our international and national CR strategies
  • Oversee and develop projects along the seafood value chain
  • Ensure cost-efficient compliance with regulatory requirements and voluntary sustainability commitments
  • Work closely with the international and national business entities (Buying, Corporate Responsibility, Quality Assurance) concerning the development, approval, and implementation of processes
  • Collaborate and communicate with external partners along the seafood value chain

My qualifications

  • Completed studies with focus on sustainable food production
  • Several years of work experience in the seafood and retail industry with strong network
  • Excellent understanding of social and environmental sustainability priorities and tools used in the seafood industry
  • Familiar with relevant legislation and their impact on retail business
  • Proven project management skills and team leadership experience
  • Business fluent in English
  • Strong communicator and able to work autonomously with high level of organizational skills
  • International experience and intercultural sensitivity

Remuneration

Attractive gross annual salary starting from EUR 68,600.- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
