As a Change Agent, you will be accountable for the overall effectiveness of the Scrum Team, making sure that the team lives up to the Scrum Rules and Values. You will promote self-management and cross-functionality not only in the team but also on the higher level of the organization. You will be a change agent, driving continuous improvement through an empirical and data-driven approach, and push towards product quality and development excellence. You will help our client pushing the Organization towards a good agile, as it is definitely not perfect (yet) by advocating for it and showing benefits from doing it right.

Start your day with the flexible morning hours and:

  • Coach team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Cause removal of impediments towards the Scrum Team’s progress
  • Help Product Owner in effective Product Backlog Management
  • Make sure that all Scrum Events occur and are productive
  • Drive continuous improvement respecting Scrum Pillars and Values

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

  • Lean/Agile mindset
  • Thorough understanding of the Scrum Framework
  • Experience with working with technical teams
  • At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master or in a similar role
  • Scrum certification (PSM, CSM)
  • Master’s degree, preferably in IT
  • SAFe knowledge is nice to have
