The capacity manager will be part of our client’s Global Support team in Poland supporting various functions including IT Service Delivery Management, Enterprise Project Management Office, Business Implementation, and many other.

Start your day with the flexible morning hours and:

  • Analyze capacity data from physical and cloud infrastructure providers
  • Work with appropriate stakeholders to make timely decisions on increasing, decreasing, and moving capacity
  • Control the actual capacity usage against agreed budgets
  • Put forward recommendations on capacity management improvements based on technical knowledge on various platforms (Windows Server, Unix, Azure)
  • Work with infrastructure providers to improve data quality

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a similar position
  • Substantial experience and technical knowledge of various platforms like Windows Server, Unix, cloud (Azure)
  • Experience with making capacity management decisions and their impact on system performance and financials
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Personality skills: Analytical skills. Ease of communicating with people and understanding their needs. Courage to challenge others and respectfully present anticipated benefits of the suggested decisions
