- Identifying international business opportunities for licensing-out,
- Building long-term relationships with new partners, conducting full BD process, negotiating agreements,
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing distribution (and other) partners,
- Developing yearly business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls,
- Meeting the planned sales goals,
- Conducting competitor and market analysis,
- Representing the company at international conferences, partnering events,
- Preparing partnering documents eg. distribution agreements and ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines,
- Taking part in regulatory procedures, product notification/reimbursement process in the respective territories

- University/college degree in relevant area, experience in natural sciences is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of proven working experience as business development manager or other relevant role (e.g. sales manager, marketing manager, territory manager etc.).
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility, willingness to travel.
- Time management and planning skills.
- Adaptability, being able to work in a team and independently as well.
- Driving license category “B” with at least 5 years active driving experience.
