  • Lead a cross-functional market leadership team around strategic objectives that will deliver both short-term and long-term business outcomes aligned with local market and enterprise priorities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a senior management capacity.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving growth and delivering results.
  • Experience in managing P&L responsibilities, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and make sound business decisions.
  • Proven experience in driving digital transformation and leveraging technology for business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment in Hungary.
  • University degree from accredited university, preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, Engineering, Economics, BA, Finance or similar.
  • An advanced degree in graduate studies (MA, MBA, or Bioscience or Medical Doctor) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required, command of Hungarian language is a plus.
