Job Description: What you’ll do & learn📖As a member of the Product Team, you will have to understand the insights given by Product Manager Team in order to design mockups for the engineering development.
- Understand our users issues inside out, break them down and collaborate with our team Product Customer Operations to iterate on what needs to be built
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and the project manager to develop new functionalities
- Design wireframes and product/workflows mockups
- Cross-collaboration : communicate to validate ideas with others
- Actively contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system.
- Translate this into attractive, efficient and pragmatic viable designs for our customers and users
- Demonstrate the ability to generate innovative and exploratory design solutions when confronted with client challenges
- Manage your work autonomously, demonstrate agility, pragmatism and exploration
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Complete proposals with a user-centric approach.
What you embody 🎯
- Strong desire to work in the SAAS industry, thriving in complexity and B2B challenges.
- Previous experience in working on design flows and possessing mid to senior-level design knowledge
- Proficiency in handling complexe B2B products, leading feature development from discovery to delivery
- Mastery of Design Systems
- Profound expertise in tools like Figma Design System
- Effective communication skills, capable of conveying decisions and a unified vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding user needs
- Fluent in French and English
- Portfolio submission required
